Service interruption TMS and Wallee Portal Operability Friday 14th April 2023 14:18:00


We are currently investigating reports of a possible partial service interruption at the TMS and Wallee Portal Services due to a high number of requests. Performance Issues and Timeouts might be occuring. Our team is working with high pressure to restore the service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The error has been resolved. The Portal Service is running smoothly again. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The TMS System has been restarted and is confirmed working again. We are still Watching and fixing the Portal Performance Issues.

The cause of the disruption has been identified and working to resolve the issue is our top priority. As soon as the problem is solved, we will announce this.
