Scheduled Maintenance

We would like to inform you of upcoming scheduled maintenance for Netcetera 3DS Server , which will take place on: Wed 28 Jan 2026, 22:00–24:00 CET (21:00–23:00 UTC). Expected Impact: Wallee Portal – short interruptions in e-commerce transaction processing requiring 3DS checks may occur during the maintenance window. Service interruption (Sim Cards)

Our Partner for the SIM Cards (POS) is currently investigating a fault with link+ SIM cards. They are currently analyzing the problem in order to fix it as quickly as possible. We will inform you as soon as we have more information. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • The error has been resolved. The Terminal SIM Cards are running smoothly again. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  • As a workaround, the POS can be used with Wi-Fi. If you need help with the setup please contact our support.

    Merchant Portal Service interruption (Wallee Portal)
