E-Commerce Payment Processing Service Interruption (On-File Transactions)

We are sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with On-File (Token) Transaction Processing.

Details of the interruption: Transactions that use On-File Tokens fail to process correctly and stay on "processing" state.

    Resolution Progress: We have identified a peak in failing transactions regarding processing of Moto and On-File Transactions on certain processors.

    Scheduled Maintenance

    We would like to inform you of upcoming scheduled maintenance for Netcetera 3DS Server , which will take place on: Wed 28 Jan 2026, 22:00–24:00 CET (21:00–23:00 UTC). Expected Impact: Wallee Portal – short interruptions in e-commerce transaction processing requiring 3DS checks may occur during the maintenance window.     Terminal (POS) Payment Processing Transaction Interruption

    We are currently investigating reports of a possible service interruption for Transaction through POS and E-Commerce. Our team is working with high pressure to restore the service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • We could see that the Outage of Fiserv is still open and not completely resolved yet. As soon as the problem is solved, we will announce this.

  • The cause of the disruption has been identified and our Partner Fiserv is working to resolve the issue. We could find out that the Outage is caused by Fiserv, and it affects VR Payments, Nexi, PayFac (Wallee) Processors. As soon as the outage will be fixed we will inform you.
